Are you ready to feel like yourself again?

Start here.

I know what it feels like to not feel like yourself.

After college, I felt disconnected and unsure of my direction. In an attempt to regain control, I leaned into rigid “clean eating” rules and over-exercising — habits often praised by diet culture but not always supportive of real health.

Over time, those behaviors became restrictive and stressful. My anxiety increased, my digestion suffered, and despite looking “healthy” on the outside, I didn’t feel well on the inside.

That experience led me to pursue nutrition more seriously and ultimately become a Registered Dietitian. Through my training, I learned how chronic restriction and food rules can negatively affect both gut health and mental health. I also learned how to nourish my body in a way that felt balanced, flexible and sustainable.

By combining evidence-based nutrition with intuitive eating principles, my relationship with food improved, my anxiety eased and my digestive symptoms became more manageable.

Today, I use that same approach to help clients improve gut health, reduce digestive symptoms and feel more at ease around food. Whether you’re dealing with IBS, chronic bloating or years of dieting and food rules, my goal is to provide personalized nutrition support that fits real life.

If you’re ready for nutrition guidance that’s practical, supportive and grounded in evidence, I’d love to help you get started.

Hi, I’m Emily Haddock, a Registered Dietitian in Nashville, TN. I’m here to be a supportive, steady guide as you work toward feeling better in your body and more at ease around food.

My approach focuses on gut health, your relationship with food and overall well-being — without an emphasis on weight. From both my professional experience and personal journey, I’ve seen that restrictive diets and constant focus on the scale don’t lead to lasting health. Instead, they often increase stress, disrupt digestion and make food feel overwhelming.

I take a weight-neutral, compassionate approach to nutrition, using intuitive eating principles and practical strategies that focus on addition rather than restriction. I work especially closely with individuals dealing with chronic bloating, unpredictable digestion and abdominal discomfort, because improving gut health can have a meaningful impact on both physical and mental well-being.

My goal is to help you feel supported, informed and confident — so food takes up less mental space and you can focus on what actually matters in your life.
